Onbord may collect:

Onbord may collect:

  • email address

  • CV

  • LinkedIn profile

  • responses to job simulation exercises

  • responses to AI-assisted interviews

  • interview videos and audio recordings

  • detected skills

  • AI-generated score

  • application history

Purpose of processing

Data is used to:

  • enable use of the platform

  • manage recruitment processes

  • analyze applications

  • generate AI-assisted scores and recommendations

  • facilitate candidate shortlisting

  • manage payments and subscriptions

  • ensure platform security

  • provide user support

Artificial intelligence

Onbord uses artificial intelligence technology provided by, among others:

  • Anthropic

  • AssemblyAI

Data sent to these providers is not used to train their underlying models.

The AI used by Onbord acts solely as a recruitment assistance tool.

Onbord never automatically rejects a candidate. Before an assessment is published, the client company defines and approves a short set of qualifying requirements (such as language, minimum experience, or location); a candidate who does not meet these pre-approved requirements does not proceed to the full assessment. This is not treated as a rejection decision, since the criteria were validated by a human at the client company in advance. Beyond this initial step, the AI does not make the final decision to accept or reject a candidate — that decision always belongs to the client company.

Hosting and data storage

The platform is hosted on:

Data is stored on:

  • Supabase (servers located in Paris, European Union)

Interview-related videos and files are also stored via Supabase.

Payments

Payments are processed via:

  • Stripe

Onbord does not directly store users' complete banking information.

Emails and communications

Transactional emails and notifications are sent via:

  • Resend

Data retention

Candidate data

Candidate data is retained:

  • for a maximum of 12 months, or

  • until deletion by the client company

Interview videos

Interview videos are retained for as long as the associated job posting exists. When a client company deletes a job posting, the interview videos of its candidates are deleted along with it.

Data deletion

Users and candidates may request:

  • access to their data

  • correction of their data

  • deletion of their data

When a client company deletes an application or candidate data, it is deleted immediately.

Cookies

Onbord does not currently use any advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Strictly necessary technical cookies required for the platform to function may be used.

Security

Onbord implements reasonable measures to protect data, including:

Onbord's services are reserved for users aged 18 and above.
