Credits

  • generating a job simulation experience

  • assessing a candidate

  • AI-assisted interviews

  • automated analysis

Unused credits may expire according to the terms of the subscribed plan.

Artificial intelligence

Onbord uses artificial intelligence solely as a recruitment assistance tool.

Scores and analyses generated by the platform:

  • do not constitute a final, fully automated hiring decision

  • are provided for guidance

  • must be interpreted by the client company

Onbord never automatically rejects a candidate. Before an assessment is published, the client company defines and approves a short set of qualifying requirements; a candidate who does not meet them does not proceed to the full assessment, but this is not a rejection decision — see AI Transparency for details. The final decision always belongs to the recruiter or client company.
